How many staff will there be?

We always consider the number and ages of guests and ensure that there are enough party hosts and assistants to supervise the children, take care of any timid guests and make sure everyone has a great time.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

We request/charge for a minimum of 12 guests at most of our parties. The minimum number of guests is fewer at our Beauty Salon Experience and our Ultimate Popstar Party.

Is there a maximum number of guests?

At our parties there is no limit to the number of guests you invite, assuming the venue is able to accommodate the number of guests safely. We will provide enough entertainers to supervise everyone and devise games and craft that everyone can participate in and enjoy.

What if there is a child with special needs or requirements?

We will discuss this with you at the booking stage to ensure we understand how to cater for any special needs.

How long does the session last?

A typical Party Bliss entertainment session lasts for 90 minutes. However, we are happy to host one or two hour, half or full day entertainment sessions if you prefer.

When do the children eat and drink?

We generally entertain the children for 90 minutes, allowing you to prepare their food whilst they build up an appetite. We then escort the party-goers to the table, before we pack away and discreetly say farewell.

Do you provide food / Birthday cake?

Yes we will happily provide party food and/or a Birthday cake. Please visit our Party Extras for more information or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you provide party ware and party decorations?

Yes we can supply both and will happily dress the party room for you for an additional cost. Please visit our Party Extras for more information or contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you hire the venue?

We don’t hire the venue on your behalf but will happily help you source a venue.

Can we have our celebration at home?

Of course you can, either indoors or outside. We will adapt the format of your party to suit your chosen venue.

How much space do you need?

We can work in any space, as long as there is enough room for the children to sit comfortably in a circle.

Do I need to set up a craft area?

No you don’t. We will bring a vinyl craft mat for the children to do their craft activities sitting on the floor.

Do you provide the prizes for the games?

Yes we supply all of the winner and consolation prizes and pass the parcel.

My child has favourite activities and games. Can these be incorporated into the session?

Yes, there is a space on the booking form to tell us about your child’s favourite things so the party is personalised.

Do you provide music?

Yes we do. We have great party music for all ages; themed music, party classics and dance tunes. We ask for your child’s favourite songs at the time of booking and compile their very own party playlist.

Do you provide costumes?

We provide fabulous costumes for our Princess, Pirate, Knight and Fairy parties. We provide accessories for Bug & Butterfly, Pop Star, Just Dance and Hawaiian parties. We also have a dressing-up box filled with a large selection of costumes that we can bring to your party at your request.

Do I need to hire a bouncy castle or have any other activities?

No you don’t. Our parties are interactive, fast-moving and structured, so there won’t be time for the children to do anything else.

Can you provide party bags for toddler siblings?

Yes we can provide special party bags for toddlers with age appropriate gifts inside. Please visit our Party Extras for further information.

Are you DBS checked?

Whilst it is not a requirement for the party entertainment industry most Party Bliss Hosts are CRB/DBS approved.

Are you insured?

Party Bliss has Public Liability Insurance and Employers’ Liability Insurance through one of UK’s best childcare insurance specialists, Morton Michel.

How far do you travel?

We are based near Wrexham and travel throughout North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire, Manchester & Merseyside. We charge a nominal travel fee to some destinations. Please ask for details at time of booking.
